Our projects start as bold ideas–rooted in lived experience, sharpened by science, and fuelled by a clear goal: to transform education and empower neurodivergent students and their families.
Mind Architect
Now entering pre-pilot, MindArchitect is a tech led tool driving neurological insight, emotional awareness, and AI-driven feedback to reveal how mindset, focus, and wellbeing influence learning every day.
At its core, MindArchitect aims to unlock learning optimisation through data supported self-awareness – helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and the ability to self-coach across academic, creative, and physical performance.
It also offers quiet support around neurodiverse needs, surfacing early signals of SEN-related patterns while reframing them as strengths to build from, not deficits to correct.
This is the beginning of an AI-supported shift towards personalised cognitive profiling and tailored learning journeys – and we’re inviting select partners to help bring it to life.
Learning Hubs
A key research project at 1in7 is the development of revolutionary learning ecosystems–specialist hubs that go beyond conventional education models to create dynamic, inclusive environments for home-educated students, pupils with SEN needs and those struggling with school refusal anxiety.
Our approach is to drive personalised educational models that recognise each student's unique neurology, personality, and passions. Using advanced tools, we will develop custom curricula tailored to individual learning styles. Supported by AI and other tech-driven teaching methods, these sensory-conscious hubs will enhance focus, well-being, and a love for learning.
Our Hubs will foster a vibrant community spirit, enabling home SEN students and home schoolers to benefit from collaborative learning and essential daily socialisation. They will bridge existing gaps by addressing a suite of diverse needs to ensure every student receives a transformative, supportive, and bespoke education.
Parent Mastermind
Understanding neurodiversity indicators can be hugely challenging, our Mastermind platform will demystify conditions, empowering all vested parties to recognise signs and implications. Tools that guide you through diagnosis and assessments and provide step-by-step guidance, explaining medical jargon and procedures. Learn about educational accommodations and your child's rights.
Beyond academics, we will address emotional needs. Finding resources and community connections to build resilience and support. Discover your child's talents in the AI-driven world. Strategies to leverage their strengths.
Our user-friendly platform will deliver expert insights and peer support. We aim to transform neurodiversity navigation into a journey of understanding and hope.
Ai-led Diagnostics
Current neuroeducational assessments are inefficient and frustrate families. Traditional methods are costly, slow, and often inaccurate. This system needs transformation, especially with rising neurodiversity awareness and AI advancements.
We're looking to revolutionise assessments for timely, affordable, and insightful diagnostics that are AI-supported and serve to streamline the process.
Imagine a system beyond traditional testing: digital tools, AI analysis, and adaptive methods which deliver a comprehensive, multi-dimensional profile, surpassing current assessments. This approach can empower individuals, families, and educators by providing rapid, affordable assessments, unlocking potential and ensuring lifelong support.
Insurance Models
Traditional insurance models are often challenged by niche markets needing innovative, community-led solutions—like neurodiversity assessments.
1in7 will pioneer a new approach: analysing community-centric insurance models that seek to expand assessment access. By rethinking underwriting, we aim to explore flexible frameworks that balance risk while enabling shared financial support.
Imagine fewer barriers to neurodiversity evaluations—families accessing streamlined, community-backed support. Our proposed cooperative model seeks to prioritise early intervention, showcasing how collective action can often drive more creative outcomes.
We want a future where vital assessments aren’t a privilege—they’re a right.
